Technology Introduction 

Two-fluid atomization technology is based on the Venturi effect as its underlying physical principle. It is a high-performance cold atomization solution widely adopted in the fragrance diffusion industry. The entire atomization process relies purely on fluid-mechanical physical shearing, no heating and no water required. When pressurized airflow flows through the constricted throat of precision nozzle, flow velocity surges and creates negative pressure inside the chamber to automatically draw essential oil liquid. Two streams of fluid — gas and liquid — collide and shear at high speed inside the mixing chamber, breaking essential oil into micron-sized dry mist particles that spread evenly into the air with airflow.

Different from ultrasonic and heated ceramic-core atomization solutions, Venturi two-fluid atomization carries no risk of thermal degradation. The mist particles are dry and residue-free.   1. Airflow Acceleration: Stable compressed air enters the precision Venturi pipe. When passing through the constricted throat, flow velocity rises rapidly. Per Bernoulli’s principle, negative pressure vacuum zone forms at the throat.
  2. Liquid Suction by Negative Pressure: Suction force generated by throat negative pressure pulls pure essential oil from the reservoir upward through the liquid guide tube into the mixing chamber.
  3. Gas-Liquid Shearing & Fragmentation: High-speed airflow and sucked essential oil converge, collide and shear intensely in the mixing chamber. Liquid is torn and broken into micron-scale ultra-fine essential oil droplets.
  4. Dry Mist Release & Diffusion: The formed dry fine mist sprays outward from the nozzle. Mist particles stay suspended in air for a long time and spread evenly across the whole space without liquid dripping or surface residue.

Technical note: The whole atomization is a pure physical cold atomization process with zero heat source and no water dilution. Molecular structure of essential oil aroma will not be damaged by high temperature, restoring the true scent layers of raw aromatic materials.
