1. What technology is adopted for your diffusers?
Two-fluid atomization technology. Based on the Venturi effect, compressed air generates high-speed airflow to break 100% pure plant essential oil into micron-sized particles (0.1–5 μm) instantly. No water dilution or heating required during operation, which fully locks the active aromatic ingredients of essential oil.

2. How large is your factory? What is your daily production capacity?
Over 200 staff, factory area over 20,000 ㎡ with 10 complete diffuser assembly lines. Daily output: 2 million atomizing cores, over 10,000 complete diffusers, stable delivery for bulk orders.

3. Are the atomizing cores purchased externally or independently developed and produced in-house?
All atomizing cores are self-developed and self-produced. We can customize spray volume & interval, long service life, anti-clogging, suitable for car, home and commercial diffusers.

4. How long does sampling take? What’s the lead time for mass production?
Samples of standard in-stock models are ready within 2–5 days. ODM custom mold sampling takes 10–15 days. The lead time for regular stock orders is 7–25 days. Rush production can be negotiated for bulk orders.

5. Do you support OEM & ODM customization? What is the MOQ?
We provide full-chain OEM & ODM services, including custom mold design, silk-screen printing / laser engraving of logos, RGB ambient light adjustment, APP program development, exclusive essential oil scents and gift box packaging. Low MOQ is available for in-stock standard models, while MOQ for exclusive custom molds can be negotiated separately.

6. How many regular scents do you have? Can we customize exclusive fragrance?
We have over 100 ready scents including fruity, floral, woody, herbal, mineral and five-element series. Custom single oil & blended formula available, hotel private scent and car exclusive scent adjustable with custom top/mid/base notes.

7. Are these oils only compatible with your diffusers? Can they work with other brands?
Fit most two-fluid cold mist diffusers on the market. Not recommended for water ultrasonic diffusers, water will destroy oil activity and breed bacteria.

8. Will the oil clog the atomizing core after long-term use?
High-purity impurity-free oil matched with self-developed anti-clog structure, rarely clog under normal use. No thick industrial additives added to prevent blockage.

9. Do you have high-power diffusers for commercial use such as hotels and office buildings? Can they connect to central air conditioning systems?
Our high-power diffusers under the Biz·Qiwu series can be connected to fresh air ducts and central air conditioning pipelines. They run stably 24 hours a day, ideal for long-term scenting in hotel lobbies, shopping malls and office buildings.
